Tegan Webster is a female Chiropractor who consults at Willoughby Health. On weekends, she works as one of our Sports Trainers, providing sports coverage for multiple Rugby Union teams in Sydney. Tegan also consults at our Dural and Milsons Point clinics.
Tegan has a special interest in managing neck pain, headaches, back pain, and rehabilitating sports injuries such as ankle sprains, muscle tears, and concussion.
Using her unique background as a Chiropractor, Personal Trainer, and Sports Trainer, she understands the injuries that can happen to the body in everyday life, at the gym, or on the sports field. This lets her confidently diagnose the problem, provide the right treatment, and put together specialised exercise programs to help people recover from them quickly and stop them from coming back.

Tegan is a proud pawrent of a Cavoodle named Mali. Mali loves to sleep and chill out all day long on Tegan's lap!
A coffee a day, keeps the grumpy away, and Tegan is no different! Tegan enjoys an oat latte daily and if it was at all possible, she'd most likely bleed caffeine.
When Tegan's not working, you'll find her doing a reformer Pilates class to keep herself fit and healthy. Tegan loves Pilates so much, she goes five times a week!
