We are located inside Willoughby Medical Practice, which is near the Mowbray Road and Penshurst Street intersection.
You can get to the clinic by car or public transport. There is free parking in the council carpark right next to our clinic, along Mowbray Road, Ward Street, and Kalgoorlie Street. For those taking public transport, there are bus stops directly outside our clinic which come from/go to Chatswood regularly.
We have a great team of Physiotherapists and Chiropractors that can help you with a variety of health conditions.
The easiest way to make a booking is to click the Book Online Now button at the top right corner of this page. You can also make a booking by calling us on 02 9190 7588, and asking to make an appointment with one of our team members. We're also on HotDoc and HealthEngine (search for Willoughby Health), where you can view all our available times online or on the app.
The cost to see one of our Physiotherapists or Chiropractors is $140 for the first session, and $100 for any follow-up sessions. For those with private health insurance, most will cover about half the cost, and you can expect to pay around $50 out of pocket (gap). It's best to check with your health fund for a more accurate quote. Those with a Medicare care plan referral, there's usually a $44 out of pocket cost after the rebate. For more information see our "Fees" page.
For those who are unable to afford the consultation fees, we recommend you speak to your GP to see if you qualify for a Medicare care plan which can help reduce the cost to see us. For pensioners who are struggling, our team can sometimes discount the fee on a case by case basis.
The best way to contact us is to send us an email hello@willoughby.health. If you'd like to speak to one of our team, you can also call us on 02 9190 7588 and leave a message for us to call you back.
During the first session, we recommend you bring any relevant referrals from your GP or specialist, any scans you might have, and your private health insurance card. It's also good to wear some loose clothing which makes it easier for us, or you can bring something to change into (e.g. singlets or shorts).
